Returns every environment of the organization resolved from the access token. Read GET /tenants to find which tenants each environment holds — an environment does not carry its tenants.

The response is wrapped in the standard collection envelope. The full set is returned in a single response and totalCount reflects it; the endpoint is not paginated. An organization with no environments returns an empty results array and a totalCount of 0, and so does a generic account, whose environments belong to nobody in particular.
