Get Custom Hostname Mappings

https://{region}.api.jamfcloud.com/securitycloud/v1/dns/custom-hostname-mappings

Returns the tenant Custom Hostname Mappings as a MappingList object (standard collection envelope). The full bounded set is returned in a single response and totalCount reflects the complete set. Pagination is currently not supported.
