What's removed

The legacy and /v1 Inventory Preload endpoints are removed

The original unversioned Inventory Preload endpoints and their /v1 counterparts, deprecated in an earlier release, are now removed.

Unversioned endpoints removed:

  • GET, POST, and DELETE /inventory-preload
  • GET /inventory-preload/csv-template
  • GET /inventory-preload/history
  • POST /inventory-preload/history/notes
  • POST /inventory-preload/validate-csv
  • GET, PUT, and DELETE /inventory-preload/{id}

/v1 endpoints removed:

  • GET, POST, and DELETE /v1/inventory-preload
  • GET /v1/inventory-preload/csv-template
  • GET and POST /v1/inventory-preload/history
  • POST /v1/inventory-preload/validate-csv
  • GET, PUT, and DELETE /v1/inventory-preload/{id}

Move to the /v2/inventory-preload endpoints, which remain available and are the supported way to manage Inventory Preload records, history, CSV import and export, and extension attribute columns.

GET /v2/environment-type is removed

The endpoint that returned the cloud services environment type (staging or production) configured for the instance has been removed. There is no direct replacement in the Jamf Pro API. If your integration read this value, remove the call.
